Our foundational ‘Performance’ programmes are designed for a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) world and provide tried and tested frameworks to help people find a way to thrive in challenge:
The Personal Leadership programme helps you establish a bedrock of personal purpose, a guide for making more appropriate choices and a process to help you thrive.
The Performance Teaming programme provides a solid foundation to accelerate high-performance teaming, and a structured process to help everyone contribute their best.
The Performance Leadership programme enables individuals to hone their innate leadership skills and support more appropriate and speedier decisions at the point of action, which is essential in a dynamic environment.
These three programmes are available now as self-managed online courses for you to begin when you choose*. Once you sign up, you will have access to a course forum (monitored by course tutors) where you can ask questions and share ideas with other students. In these times of uncertainty, when our daily routines are up in the air, the self-managed option provides a fantastic flexible opportunity for you to learn at your pace, at a time that suits you.
And, given that we now face a unique challenge when leadership is arguably more important than ever, we are offering a 20% discount on all self-managed courses until the end of May. This means that Personal Leadership, Performance Leadership Foundations and Performance Teaming Foundations are all available for just £36 each.

As previously advertised, we planned to run a guided version of our Performance Teaming Foundations programme from 20 April. This is a 6-week course, requiring approximately 2 hours per week, and is intended for teams to work through the course together to develop a shared purpose, vision, values, agreements and actions. This remains entirely possible through online platforms and, even better, presents a fantastic opportunity for teams to stay in touch and even become closer during this period where remote working is highly likely.
Given the unique challenge that we, as a wider community, are currently facing, we are happy to support alternative dates and timescales to suit your needs, where this is feasible. This course is £495 for a team of 6; if you are interested, please contact me via email@example.com and we will set up a cohort ASAP.
Equally, our new Performance Leadership Foundations programme can be run as either a self-managed or guided programme (the guided version is £95). You can sign up and start the self-managed version straight away, but if you would be interested in joining a guided Performance Leadership Foundations programme to begin ASAP, let us know and we’ll put it together.
