About Us

Wellbeing. Leadership. Teaming.

We believe in leadership and wellbeing for all. Leadership is not a title; it is way of being. It seeks opportunity, nurtures brilliance, fulfils potential and creates value. Wellbeing and performance go hand-in-hand. When people are in a balanced state of health and are equipped to lead themselves effectively, they feel better and they perform better. Business is fundamentally about people; therefore, wellbeing and personal leadership is good for us and good for business.

We bring our experience, our absolute desire and a vault of tried and tested models and frameworks that are proven to help you better lead yourself, better lead projects, better lead others and better lead your business.

Built on a foundation of learning, we help you shift your mindset, develop your skillset and build a practical toolset that, when applied purposefully, will advance your performance and propel your growth towards becoming your best.

Performance Management Systems works in partnership with The Performance Learning Company – a partnership that can transform YOUR best to becoming THE best.

Jonathan Gibbon

Director, Performance Management Systems

Jonathan established Performance Management Systems in 2018 to help individuals, teams and organisations build the habits that will enable them to become their best.

Jonathan is an EMCC accredited team coach at foundation level. He has facilitated a number of successful workshops and training programmes throughout his career. Based on proprietary models and frameworks that unearth hidden talent, unlock buried profits and expose unseen opportunity, the workshops helped the attending companies significantly grow their business.

In previous roles as an accomplished customer-facing Account and Project Manager, Jonathan worked in the environmental sector for a decade at Keep Britain Tidy and Valpak. He provided expertise to national and multinational companies, including Arla Foods, Bunzl and IKEA, helping them comply with environmental legislation and supplying waste and recycling services. He has worked with a number of local authorities and contractors to measure, advise and improve street cleanliness, and has presented behaviour change and campaign initiatives at events held by organisations including the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) and Westminster Briefing. Jonathan represented England as a member of the Clean Europe Network in Brussels and now co-runs the Billericay Litter Pickers voluntary community group.

Jonathan also writes stories for children, enjoys sport and music, and is passionate about wanting to help people gain clarity and improve performance in pursuit of their goals.
