Performance Management Systems has developed the Performance Teaming programme in association with The Performance Learning Company. We have been working with The Performance Learning Company over the past couple of years to develop and deliver bespoke, high-impact training programmes to help businesses achieve double-digit annual growth.
Our collective experience has shown a raft of common challenges that are faced by modern businesses. To combat this, we have developed a range of frameworks that resolve these issues.
In addition to our insight, we undertook research to explore the challenges faced by our target clients in their own words. We have used their feedback to build a course that will meet their specific needs, including:

Performance Teaming provides a flexible, practice-based learning programme which fits into, and enhances, your day-to-day work. It will help your team collectively gain clarity and identify focused actions so you can improve relationships, performance and results by:

Our Performance Teaming programme will initially comprise two levels: Performance Teaming Foundations and Performance Teaming Mastery. In our Performance Teaming Foundations course, which begins on 6 January 2020, you will develop:

A unifying set of values to guide decisions, behaviours and actions
Greater insights and understanding of individual contributions and learn how you can better balance the team characteristics
Team role maps and learn how to balance these for improved performance
Activity flywheels that define what the team does, how and when
Agreements to boost performance between teams
Clear actions that serve improvement and growth goals.
